I went to merlin stores petrol staion which is lockated in Galway across from merlin hosiptal which is NOT SELF SERVICE so the pump attended comes over and i give him my keys and told him 30 euro petrol, anyway got home .Next morning i get up to go... and the car wont start, i had it looked at and it had diesal in the tank not petrol. i rang the staion 8-10 times asking for manager and was told he was not there.So i decided to go there and he was there and told me it was not his problem becouse it was SUNDAY AND HIS GARAGE FILLED it FRIDAY.. 2 days??i know...anyone with any legal advice i would need?
