lies and more lies
Upselling phone plans and then billing higher then agreed, by thru text Can metro answer with out starting the conversation - (a single question, with out say saying )- ------ (SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ) then they lie insult my intelligence THIS IS THE ONLY ANSWER THEY GIVE! to all problems the promise you a plan then the next month billing is higher always a few more dollars or always saying (SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ) (SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ) (SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ) (SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ) can they honestly answer with out that ? yesterday i disconnected 1 of 4 phones because they lie to me tomorrow 2 more then finaly the 4th will go next month unless they can answer my simple questions I wonder how the ceo can sleep knowing that the comapny policy is to evade all complaint with out resolve and insult to the common man or woman

Rip off charges
Metro PCS is ripping me off $3 a month to pay my bill. You HAVE to pay your Metro PCS bill at a store and they charge $3 to do that. You cannot pay your bill over the phone or on line. Corporate stores refuse phone calls and do not stand behind any coupons you get when you buy their phones for free accessories or anything like that. They're arrogant and very crude people.

February I purchased an ear piece device to go with my metro phone.It never worked was not even compatible with my phone.However was still sold to me anyway! I go back to where I purchased this device
and ask for a refund?They tell me when I purchased it their system was not updated and now they have a new system.So what this means is that they cant refund my credit card because of the new system! You would think now that they would simply go into the till and give me cash (right) no such thing .I am given a receipt which has no proof of any of the events that have transpired! To date I am still waiting for a grand ole total of 15.oo lousy bucks!!! So beware any devices you buy try them at the store!!!

POOR SERVICE
SLOW SERVICE, NEVER HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE POEPLE THEIR SPEAK LITTLE TO NO ENGLISH, HEY THEY EVEN HAVE UNDERAGE KIDS WORKING THE REGISTER...HAS TO BE AGAINST THE LAW...EVERY PHONE I EVER BOUGHT WORKED LIKE CRAP AND THEY DO FIX PHONES OR GIVE REFUNDS SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY JUST GO TO A REAL METRO STORE...

Bad customer service
I have been a customer for almost a year now and I am very dissatisfied because of the bad customer service I have received from this company i called in to make a complaint and they had no number for me or a address so i went online and got the company information. The agents I talked to left me on the phone for almost a hour. They do not care about the customers or what we have to say I think they need to get a better customer service system for us customers! I was calling because of the bad service I was having with my phone no service no reception and late messages really late like a day late and dropped calls! I am going to cut off my service and go back to cingular!

Flashing fee Free month for who
Metro PCS will gladly charge you $45 to REPROGRAM your CDMA phone from other carriers to work with their network. They use a third party company that charges less than $5 to consumers for the same data update to the handset. Imagine what MetroPCS pays per phone at the bulk rate ! pennies ?? probably.
HERE is the catch, they include a FREE month of service along with the MEtro Flash fee for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY !
I am a CURRENT customer, to get my free month, I have to go in, sign up for a new account ( fREE just the flashing fee) get my free month with a new phone number, AT THE END OF THE MONTH, CALL them cancel the new account and have the newly ported phone put back on my old account ! WHY would they make me do this ONLY to CIRCUMVENT their silly policy, I DO NOT KNOW ! I can always use call forwarding to forward the original number to the new phone account for that 30 day period.
THEY REFUSE TO give me the free month. the $45 that new customers pay for flashing and free month is the same $45 fee charged to existing customers and NO FREE MONTH !!! UNACCEPTABLE
THE GOOD NEWS: I have their direct telephone numbers to EXECUTIVES at the corporate offices in DALLAS and regional VP's. THEY KNOW that I am about to post these numbers for the world to have and use as YOU wish. THEY have chosen to not do a thing to keep me from posting this. Poor customer service
Metro PCS sucks. I bought my phone a month ago. The texting has never worked. I contacted them and logged a service request, and never got a call back. I called them again today and they told me it would be fixed within 24 to 72 hours and that it was a known issue. I told them it obviously was a known issue a month ago, but they didn't do anything about it then, and never called me back.
I also was speaking with people in I believe Costa Rica, whose English wasn't that great. When I did reach someone from their customer service department whose first language was English, he was curt and disrespectful.
If the company I work for were to not respond to service requests, we would be out of business. When my company doesn�t respond accordingly or has an unhappy customer, the customer is provided with a credit. The very least Metro PCS could do is credit a month of service, all services, for the trouble I have had.
This is my first month with Metro PCS, and this has been a very very poor experience. In addition, Metro gives you no discounts on phones� so the usual Rant which you can receive from Sprint, AT&T and others for $50.00 (after rebates) will cost you $200.00. Do not go with Metro PCS, you will get better service from other carriers. The better service is worth the extra $10.00 a month you might pay with another company.

Not only does Metro PCS play slick games with their customers in order to scam them out of money, they have terrible customer service and overcharge on a regular basis for international calls. I am constantly dropping calls, and get messages from one to three days late ! Pathetic company to say the least.

no video, no java
Thought I did all of my research for the $50 unlimited plans boost vs. metro pcs, and went with metro pcs because they are CDMA, and boost uses the old nextel iDEN network... CDMA... there were other pluses for me to get the metro pcs phone today... but the problem is that it uses BREW operating system, and has no JAVA support, so the mobile internet sucks... no video with youtube, no downloading opera mini... and the list goes on...
