Holding Mailed Payments Until After Due Dates to Collect Late Fees of $10.00
I usually send my bills on the USPS with plenty of time, never been late, but on the following statement received a "late payment charge" and when I called Customer Service they was rude, requested to talked to a supervisor who was rude and did not show any concern noe willingness to a reasonable solution blamed the postal service and refused to refund the money. after that experience I always make my payments in person and always request a receipt... and too with plenty of time before the due date.
