On or about May 26th I ordered the starter package for $25. On June 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, 8, 9 they sent me two lbs of coffee and charged my credit card $38.95. Not being aware that would be the case, my checking account become overdrafted and I was surprised by the amount of charges and deliveries. I called, canceled my account, and received a confirmation number on 6/8/09 and was told upon receipt of the packages my account would be credited. I waited apx. 30 days and called to be told only two packages had been received and they were in process. I have called again and emailed two more times w/no credit, no coffee, no further information. At this point the expense is $270.65 plus the numberous overdraft charges and time, time, time...Please advise.
