The double speak and off color, slight of hand by MetroPCS about their supposed Family Plan, is so out there I finally had to have a knowledgable rep explain it to me.

Most of their factory store reps don't even understand it and can not explain it. When something is that complex then it is no wonder people are running away from it. Seems like a great deal, till they hook you and you see all the extra charges, when you thought you were on a fixed $100.00/mo.

It would seem the complaints are so many that TX PUC wuld revoke Metro's license or at least fine them. That's not saying much when Richardson, TX is their HQ.
