I feel compelled to write a review about my experience with Steve Raso at MGGD. Initially, during the buying process, we had a miscommunication about the deposit. I was not able to reach Steve and could not get a resolution. I wrote a negative review about the company and Steve. I wish I can take it back or remove it ...!! It is true that you do not know a company or its people and service until they have been tested. MGGD has been put to the test and they came out and did the right thing. Not only did Steve Raso make it right, he offered multiple other options any of which was a fair and rewarding resolution to our dispute. At the end, he proved to be true to his word, he returned the deposit, and did everything he said he would do with the BMW. I had my mechanic go out and physically check the vehicle completely. The BMW was everything Steve said it was. It was immaculate, beautiful inside and outside , low milage and the best price that I could find for a 2008 BMW 535xi with only 16k miles. I had to write this, because Steve Raso and MGGD came around and made everything right. Conflict could happen with anyone doing business. How the business handles this conflict and resolves it is an important test of who they really are..!! MGGD and Steve Raso are worthy of my business again and I would buy from him before I look anywhere else to buy a high end car.
