Mgsmart.com (hosted by Google) is an e-commerce business with whom I placed an order for a 3 piece set of luggage. One of the pieces was missing and they refuse to call me or respond to my e-mails. I have also filed a complaint with American Express. The phone number on their website is 877-546-7424. There is a voice recording on it by someone who barely even speaks English. The phone number on their website is never answered (I have left numerous messages) and all I want is the 3rd piece of the luggage sent to me and I'll drop my complaint. I will also be contacting Google to file a complaint. I will also be filing complaints with "Rippoff.com" and others until this matter is resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-COMPANY--THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
