MHADA is an apex public body constituted under MHAD ACT 1976, established in 1977 under Housing Department Government of Maharashtra and integrated the activities and functions performed by statutory bodies to provide comprehensive, co-ordinate approach to the problems of housing.
Whole country is shocked today to see many irregularities, cheating, forgery, misrepresentation of the facts and submitting a false / bogus affidavits by the applicants of high profile peoples, such as Harshvarden Patil, R.R. Patil, Aneesh Ahmed, Nitin Raut, Sudhaker, Sewak Ram Patil, Madan Bhosle and so on... These all peoples filed bogus affidavit violating 420, 120-B, 182, 193 IPC to get flat in Rajyog Society, Varsoa.
Hence you are requested to direct concerned Police officer to lodge FIR against all offenders.
