He is Running an illegal racket. The City of NY is letting him get section 8 and 3 years rent from tenants who are mentally, terminally ill. He doesnt do any repairs and is hurting innocent children with his illegal plumbing and piping on purpose. He is creating dust and Mold (toxic) and the city pays him for this and does nothing but gives him a $50 fine. He collects over 60k per month drives a merceded and then comes in to do nothing about the mold which is killing people.
