While I was on vacation in South Beach someone slipped a menu from MiamiRoma under my door. Later I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. The food arrived in a timely fashion and cost $21. What I recieved was the worst Chicken Parmesan I have ever seen or tasted! The pasta was visibly overcooked, topped with a few chunks of hard chicken and barely coated in red tinted water (their version of marinara). I called MiamiRoma and told them that i wasn't satisfied. The response I recieved was, " I just came in and I didn't take your order. I can't send you anything else or refund your money because the owner isn't here." I was told that the owner doesn't come in every day. At that point I asked her to call the owner and she yelled, " If I do that I will get fired!", then hung up. This was the worst customer service experience and the worse food I have ever had!
