I baught 2 of your rumor phones on Saturday, I was advised that both phones will be activated in 24 hours. well one of the phones was activated and now the second phone has a number lost in la-la land. spoke with supervisor Lee and 15 others and continue to get different answers. I think Sprint service is the worst ever, For sprint service for the first time it is the utmost worst service i have ever seen or delt with. now after 6 days the did do something they turned off my old phone and now I have no phone isent that something they can turn off a phone but have no clue on how to get the new one to work.
