I don't know if this is where I should be putting in this complaint but I am very upset. In January, I shipped a package to Quesnel BC for my friends birthday and it included: a birthday card, a french press, a pound of starbucks coffee, and a ring. I packaged the items at the greyhound station because of being in a rush and still needing to pick up a card on the way. The woman that helped me with the packaging and taping held the ring box in her hand and asked me if I wanted to buy insurance for the package and I stated, "No, I have never had any problems with shipping with you people." We finnished packaging it up and I left the Maple Ridge Station with a bad feeling but sort of dismissed it. When I spoke to my friend in Quesnel BC and asked how she liked the ring she stated "what ring". Everything that I had sent arrived except the ring. I put in a complaint to Greyhound and didn't hear back from them until today June 11/09. They told me that jewlery is prohibited from transportation in express service but yet the girl that helped me package the items asked me if I wanted to insure the item. How about the fact that someone stole the ring out of my package and no one seems to care that they have a thief working for them.
