I recently ordered my deceaseed mother's birth certificate and sent all the required documents they asked for, but despite this, they cancelled my order. It was very difficult getting the documents they needed because I'm a Mexican citizen asking for an American citizen's birth certificate. They gave me a phone number in the United Stat3es where I could fax the documents. That phone service is not available in Mexico, so I had them faxed by a friend that lives in Houston, Texas. I'm very angry and upset by their service
