I purchased micromax gc360 in june 2011 within a week that handset started troubling me it's charger was not working and it's charging jack was not working then I went to the service center of micromax in meerut ganga plaza then they took about 1 week to correct the phone I took it back again the same problem happend, another problem of auto switching off came and msg were nt getting stored battery life got decreased to 5 hrs as such al happened I went to service center they told me that it would take a month to rebuilt it so I said to them no and they returned my set and said very ilmannerd way that we wont do it and arguemented with me I took it back and now I want to file a case against them how sholud I proceed
