My Micromax x360 mobile charging pin was damaged...So I went to Micromax service centre...I experienced worst Customer Service ever...They told me that the charger pin was damaged and told that the pin costs 350Rs. I asked them whether I can avail the warranty... But, they said that as it was a damage there will be no free service...I said okay and then asked them whether it can be repaired or no? They opened the mobile, checked and then confirmed that they can repair it and they entered the details in the JobSheet...Lucky that I didn't gave the money on that day...Then I have been too the shop several times and returned as it was closed...I don't know why the shop was closed during office hours...Then at last after the fourth day when I entered the shop with lot of hope that it will be repaired, it wasn't repaired...Then, I could not hold my anger as the mobile was badly needed as I was away from my parents and also some important calls need to be attended...I asked them the reason and explanation for the same...They did reply very rudely..I asked for the Manager's number and asked them to make a call from their office mobile...The reply was that they don't have balance and cannot make a call, this was not the reply I wanted from them...They first refused to give the number too then they gave the number saying harsh words which I cannot mention...To my delight I could find a service centre where a guy looks like he is well versed in electronics. That guy repaired my mobile for 200Rs/- only...Also, he mentioned that the previous service was very rough which made his job much more difficult...
The Micromax Service centre that I have been to was "Mobile Techies" near Mehidipatnam opp. to SarojiniDevi eye hospital, Hyderabad.
