I HAVE HAD IT WITH MICROSOFT SUPPORT AND THEIR XBOX 360!!! My husband and I bought the 360 for my Son for Christmas 2006 (no longer under warranty). We sent it Microsoft a year after we bought it because it had the "3 Rings of Death". They supposedly fixed that problem, but since we received it, it only worked for a short time and then it no longer reads ANY discs! After going through all of the tele-prompts and pushing buttons to finally talk to someone, they say it's no longer under warranty and it would be $99.99 to have it fixed!!! THIS SUCKS!! She gave me a reference number and when I started to ask why Microsoft doesn't stand by their products, she hung up on me!!!
