billed twice
I ordered Microsoft 2010 @ $79.95 on March 11, 2011. Unable to download. Checked my bank account. Two charges for same product. First charge was $99.90 dated Microsoft 2010 that I never ordered. Charged $79.95 for Microsoft 2010 on March 11, 2011 unable to download.

doubled billed and did not receive product
I tryed to order Microsoft Office 2010 for $149.99 on line through BestBuy to be downloaded. The download did not work and I thought the transaction did not go through. I used my debit card and now I have TWO debits for $149.99 AND TWO debits for $7.99. Now what do I do???
