I bought a brand new computer w/ Office Professional and can not view HTML messages in Outlook 2010. I've spent a total of 12 hours of my time in 6 separate tech calls with their tech center in India, but its rather obvious they are not familiar with this product. All I'm trying to do is view my Hotmail (Microsoft) HTML messages in Outlook 2010 (64 bit) but I can only view them in Text only rather than HTML. There is a specific setting to allow HTML but the setting does not work!

I bought the product from Microsoft under the premise that I would receive competent support, but I have been unable to get competent support. In fact, the problem was caused by the Microsoft tech person in India. The Outlook program was working in HTML but I had a sync problem. When they fixed the Sync problem, they created an HTML problem.

My case # w/ Microsoft remains unresolved after 6 attempts!
