I have a problem with my PC.software microsoft word. This was about the first week of February 2010. I called an expert to answer a question which was ok. So i paid him 18.00 now comes the problem. every month they have been taking 18.00 from my checking account. I' ve never called them after that first call . I've never have any transaction after that first question. I've noticed this charges only recently. Please stop this charges.
