Noticed bedbugs the second night. Left management know of problem. When manager called he offered one nights refund. I requested a full refund. Also room was the smallest I've ever stayed in, had to go to a different floor to get ice and it took 10 minutes to arrange for a wakeup call becauuse the clock radio in the room was not functioning properly. In addition, the bed in the room was very hard and not as advertised in their writeup. I will not be staying in a Microtel any time sooon.
