Deceptive warranty, and slow service. Made mistake of buying service contract / agreement from GE for microwave and oven, and, after five months, nearly 10 service calls, and mis-ordered parts, etc., they have decided no to fix unit. Instead of replacing model, they offered me the option of purchasing a new model at about $1,500. This seems rediculous as the unit new costs $1,800 at Home Depot. Not sure I should be paying anything at this point, but I ended up opting for a reimbursement check which will cover about 1/3 of replacement. And this does not include the cost of the service plan I already paid for. Not happy about all of this. To add insult to injury, my last call (today) had me on hold for 52 minutes!
