I stayed at this location on 8/2/2009. The air conditioner seemed unusually loud when I checked in but I decided I was too tired to change rooms. Around 2AM when I got up to use the restroom, I discovered the rug in front of the a/c unit had flooded. I called the front desk to complain & was put in another room. Imagine my surprise when I realized this room's bed had bed bugs which I had never experienced & was bit until I finally packed up & left 3 hours earlier than planned. When I told the lady at the front desk, she promised to have it taken care of immedidately but I was NOT given a refund or even promised a credit of any future stay.
