I saw the Dr. Upstairs here for several years and each time I came in and didn't feel well he said I was depressed. I asked him several times to check my thyroid and he said it was fine. I finally got to see a new Dr. who happened to be his old LNP (I really liked her and had only seen her once) so I felt at ease. As I asked for my anti-depressants, She got a files transfer request and sent me directly to a radiologist to have my Thyroid ultrasounded. I had a 2 yr old cancer growth in my thyroid that could have been prevented if he cared about his patients health and not what rep was bringing free lunch that friday. I also had a back problem at this time during which he sent me to an MRI and I saw a neruologist who tried injections in my back. I was put on morphine to stay as comphy as I could with my back in such pain and to give the Dr.'s enough time to remove the 6" growth of cancer on either side of my thyroid that had been hanging out growing for two years, but all my fatigue, tiredness, aches and manic depressions, weight gain and diabetes (also another "new" finding) and the unability to sit down or stand for long amounts of time. (I just had back surgery) I wish I had photos with me to attach, but not on this computer.
