Midas Far-North Mokopane place and advertisement in the Northern News for 17/12/2010. The advertisement is for a Pioneer Boat & Trailing Motor 34lbs for R1399. (see attached) I went to Midas on Saturday 18December but they gave me a quote of R4500 for the boat with the motor. I didn't have the advertisement with me so didn't argue. On Monday 20/12/2010 at 11:00 I went there with the advertisement, and the reason they gave me was, "as easy as that the advertisement was placed wrongly". I am sorry but they can't place and advertisement and then when you as customer wants to buy, they said that the advertisement was wrongly placed.

Hope you can assist me because I think that if it was advertised as R1399 they must supply me with the same as advertise.
