I have received calls from two people stating that I have a suit pending against me. They have left a phone number of 917-628-2521. Each time I have called there has been no answer.

I've received calls from a friend and my sister who I put down as references for a loan. My sister said they called her trying to get my phone number.

My friend said the same thing. If I had put them down as references, wouldn't it make sense that I would have put my own phone number and address down? But the fact is that I have not accepted any loans on line and have paid all of the loans I have taken from Pay Day Loan Offices in the area.

I would appreciate any information about this bogis operation. I believe it is a scam.
