Promotes services that it CANNOT deliver. This company 'leases' its lines from major phone companies. Do not fall for the low price per minute- HOW MUCH can you save if lines are DOWN more than up?! If you check out their website it all sounds like they care about service- Customer service is non-existent. READ THE SMALL PRINT!!! They AUTOMATICALLY renew your contract each year UNLESS you jump through hoops within a specific time frame window. MISS the window- you are contractually obligated inspite of terrible service.
