What can I say that hasn't already been said? It took a full week of "processing" to put an item that was supposedly in stock in the mail and another full week for it to arrive. My phone messages/e-mails went un-answered and when I finally did manage to get in touch I was told I would be charged a restocking fee for canceling my order. So I bit my tongue and let the order process. 2 weeks later I finally had my stuff. Yeah I saved 2 or 3 bucks, but I literally could have driven there and got it myself in that amount of time. My favorite part...they say they wont charge your card until they ship your order but they put a hold on my account for the full purchase amount on day 1. Pretty tacky if you ask me. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
