Good quality at lower price
I think the best word I can think of to describe my dress would be exquisite! It was just absolutely everything I could want in a wedding dress; the fabric was so high-quality and lush, the cut was perfect, the corset back--ahh!
My mom absolutely loved it too and she wanted me to go the more traditional route!!
I honestly can't say enough good things about your work and this <p><a href="http://www.vadress.com"> fabulous dress.</a></p>

My wedding Dress
order# en-uk_1106180631_494. I came on this site soooo terrified after reading all the comments. I was looking to buy a wedding dress. I was on a tight budget amd I was hoping and trusted that Milanoo.com would not fail me. Fortunately for me, my dress came in BEAUTIFUL. Even more beautiful than I thought had imagined. The embroidery and beading was as if I got a award winning designer to design and create my dress. It cost only $130. It looked like it was worth three thousand! Try them out!! Thank you Milanoo!

Never order from Milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements and bad service
Ordered 2 lolita bloomers, same model but different color. Gave the exact same measurements but one of them is shorter than the other (they're telling me that it isn't the same model after they changed the pictures on their website, when I ordered (and I still have the confirmation email with the pictures to prove it) it was the exact same bloomers, except one was white and one was black). The other bloomers has a waist band to large that they keep sliding down because they're too big. Been waiting over a month to get this resolve and it still isn't (partly because RMA is refusing to see the problem AND that my complaint and pictures proving my complaint were never sent to RMA, had to use the live chat for them to be sent). So, basically, NEVER order from Milanoo unless you want bad quality, measurements AND bad service.

Milanoo has just taken me out of character
I am a very cool calm and collected person, but Milanoo has just taken me out of character! I am livid. My wedding is right around the corner and I gave explicit instruction of the style of dress as well as the color I wanted. When I received my dresses they were the wrong color. I requested lilac and the dresses I received were hot pink!!! They instructed me to take a picture of the item and send to their dispute department. 4 weeks later, I got an email from them saying they did nothing wrong and that I would not be reimbursed my $300!!! Prior to ordering, I purchased Milanoo's book of fabric swatches the make sure I had the right color! That was useless be cause they still screwed up and refused to give me my money back. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'M NOW TRYING TO FIND DRESSES FOR MY BRIDESMAIDS!!! THIS IS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!

Milanoo.com is a complete scam. They sent a dress that was way different from what was pictured on their website. When I tried to return it they gave me the run around. They had me send pictures and went back and forth with me online and never offered back a refund. They basically just gave me the run around!!!BADDDDDDDDDDD BUSINESSS!!!PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHAT YOU ORDE IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING!!!

We ordered a prom dress. I had to send many, many not so nice emails for over a week just to get the dress shipped. We didn't think it was going to make it in time for prom so we bought a back up dress. Now they won't take the dress back. It's no returns! I will never order from milanoo.com again and I sure you don't either!

Customer Service/Customized Clothing
I paid $15 extra dollars to make a customized bridesmaid dress. When I received it, the dress didn't fit at all. I sent an email with pictures to their service email and have not yet received any response from the company. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website!

Bad service
I would suggest you tell people to stay away from milanoo.com.. also on the whois of the domain it hasnt been updatet in months.. they were also very little smart when i asked questions to them online..
They said i had to pre order everything, but in theire drop ship guide it was the opposite..
