I needed some documents several months ago and it was suggested to me to contact one specialized agency, email is ecpaperwork and they told me not a problem they can prepare the documents I needed and because they are in Europe they will observe the European standard. Problem was I did not have credit card I only could pay using western union. So they told me they have an employee authorized to draw western union payments on behalf of the company for their customers who do not hold credit card /you know not everyone has a card/ but western union is everywhere. So I agreed and am thankful to this person that provided her name for people who do not have cards and still need to make a transaction but have no choice but west. Union. Anyways in the end I received my fully prepared documents and response to my employer is the best possible.
