my name is kasey pease and i was charges for a membership i did not agree too. the only thing i did agree to was the 2.00 my account was charged for the papers that they said they was going to mail to me but AFTER i sumitted it they said they dont mail them no more they do it online and i am very upset about that because if i would have known that to begin with i wouldnt have done it because i have very limited internet access. the 57.61 that was taken out of my account not only caused me to not be able to make my full rent payment but it has caused me 55.00 in over draft fees so i need you to reimburse me both of those! i spoke to a lady named Raida in the phone and she cancelled the membership that i never agreed to and gave me this conformation number- 2458013. so please get that done asap before you have to pay more overdraft fees its 8 dollers a day from here untill it is back in the possative.
