Marvin Willams - (owner of Millenia Construction Company of Texas, Inc (AKA Windy City Construction) did some tile work in my home. A few weeks later the grout started cracking. He stated the cracking issue was due to the type of materials I purchased.

He started the repair process, but did not return to complete the work. It's been over a month and he's fail to respond to emails and phone calls to come back and completed the work. He left the project unfinish and the area can not be used. I consulted several tile companies and was informed it was the workmanship not the materials. It was recommend to correct the cracking issue the work needed to be redone.

I've also been informed the recess lighting was not installed properly and could be a fire hazzard.

He also had an employee who stole and used my credit card.

Please don't be fooled by his website claim " DOING BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY".

Lesson Learned: A good quote is not always a QUALITY quote.
