I hired Karen to sell my house, in almost 6 months she actually went to the house three times, when she would get a prospective buyer she refused to drive over & show them the house, she told me she had three contracts on the house but never produced one, when I would question her, she would become extremely agitated, and argumentive, I tried to help her by giving her names of prospective buyers, she never followed up on any of them, she sent me an e-mail stating she had a client that wanted to rent my house so she could open up a whore house! I reminded her her job was to sell, not rent! On her last day prior to expiration of listing, she sent her son over to the house(vacant) he called me pretending to be interested in the house I have my # posted in the windows for emerg, I told him to call the agent (Karen) he called me back several times within a couple of hours still under the pretense of buying, his name was showing up on the caller ID, I did NOT take his calls, his last call he left a messagefrom his mother's cell phone, , I have filed a complaint w/the Real estate commission, , now they are hounding me for more names/info so they can add them to their client contact list, , Beware of this mother/son team they are incompetent and sneaky!!
