My husband ordered a dozen roses on line and was linked to Mimi's Flowers. They were suppose to be delivered on 02-28-2007, but, due to an error on his part the flowers did not arrive until 03-01-2007 in the afternoon. The first delivery was the wrong order. These flowers were suppose to go to a man in the hospital. After I called the florist the mistake was corrected. Now the dozen roses are dead. Three days after delivery!!! I read a message on the back of the card that was sent with the flowers it states "We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and prompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. We value you as a customer. It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." I called Mimi's Flowers and told them that the dozen roses that they had delivered 3 days prior were dead. First this women tried to blame temperature conditions, but when I did go for that excuse she decided that if I came to her flower shop she would give me some flowers. The flowers were delivered to my house and I should not have to go retrieve them from her flower shop. This is a strange way to treat valued customers..!!!
