Today on 20101221 I phoned Mimoney.

I asked how long does it take to get a voucher. They told me if I do a electronic bank transfer and send them the proof of payment, I will have my voucher in 20 - 60 min. And it don't mater from witch bank the money is transferred from. Because we need to book for a movie at Ster-Kinekor. And they assured me that it won't be a problem. And I did asked again if they are sure... Because if I must drive to the Ster-Kinekor to go and make a booking, I will do so. And again they assured me that it won't be a problem.

So I did the transfer end send the proof of payment. I did phone them again and asked if the did received my payment? And they replied that they did and I would get my voucher in the next 60 min.

An hour after that there was no voucher send to me. And I phoned the every hour for 5 hours long. And there excuse was that the person that handle the vouchers, left early.

Now I have missed the movie because Mimoney didn't do as they promised.
I don't know how Ster-Kinekor can associate them self with company's like Mimoney.
