I ordered for a free trial of the company's Purity products. I was billed $59.99. I later sent them an e-mail not to send me any more of the products about 14days ago. I have just received a new package with the information of a bill of $29.99. How do I insist on this company not to send me any product and to cease billing me for products I have not asked for?
