	sargeandsassy February 5, 2010 Misrepsentation of trial offer No mention of all the money you have to spend when signing on for this product. Only mentioned was S&H. Impossible to reach by phone, they don't answer and put you on a waiting list which never comes to anything. I returned product and cancelled payment, stay away from them.
	May 19, 2008 Unable to cancel! Received the 'trial' package. Have made numerous attempts to contact by phone as they require, to cancel BEFORE they charge the full amount of 59.99. The phone number is either busy, or I get a message saying 'you are number 40 in queue... you are number 35 in queue' etc. Then, I got a message saying please leave a phone number and message and we 'guarantee' we will return your call within 60 minutes. I have yet to get through OR receive a return phone call. And now, have been charged the 59.99!!! I have contacted the local media and they are going to interview me this week.
	March 4, 2008 Terrible experience! I received product in the mailPurity Makeup. I've been calling the Phone number so I can send back for a refund and I keep being left on hold saying that there are 40 calls ahead of me.I would just like to send the product back for a refund so I don't get charged for something I don't want .I think this is a bad way to do business if you can't even get through to a company to send something back you don't want. Well I'm sending the product back even though I can't get through to the company.
