I have purchase one mini CCR12 Smart phone 3 days back. When I started this phone inserting the sim card I found that there is only 2-3 % voice come from otherside. Sounds become good when I put the phone on loudspeaker. All the time I have to switch on the loundspeaker while making or receiving any call.

Request you to please replace this product with new one or get it repaired at the earliest. Kindly let me know the procesure for the same.
