This company is charging me anywhere from 9.95 up to 12.95. They are taking this out of my account and i didn't give permisson for them to. They are taking so much each month. How can i get my money back and get them to stop taking my money.

P.S. i seen a telephone number but when i called it a lady answer and said to leave a number because she wasn't home. Also said the company was in North Carolina.
