I have been charged 11.95 on both 12/13/07 & 11/23/07. I have tried to contact the company and been summarily hung up on the minute those snide children got wind of my legal training etc. The number I have is 800.720.4420.The company to which I never subscribed, is "Mini Credit Report SE." and it shows up as a Debit card purchase of 11.95 p/month. If nothing gets done when I'm finished speaking to them, then I will be pursuing a lawsuit - preferably class action so we can hit them where it hurts.
