Scam advertising!
Advertised on website that credit report was free. Why am I being charged $11.95. Beware people!

Billing me on two different credit cards when I didn't ask for their services, for at least six months!
I have been getting billed for at least six months on my amex and boa visa cards (both!!) for 11.95 cheaper month for services on credit reporting that I did not order and do not want.

I did not authorize this service! They are continuosly taking money out of my each money without my permission! I am pissed off!

Unauthorized charges!
I have no idea how this company became listed on my CC bill, but I never heard of them nor applied to them. How did I get them on my statement?
Please advise smb what should i do...

Charged my account without authorization!
This is the second time my account has been charged without my authorization. I don't even know who this company is, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau!

Unauthorised charges!
A charge of $11.95 was made on my credit card in September 2007 which was not authorized by ne. I did not give the credit card information to them.

Fraudulent charges!
Rec'd two charges in the same month from this company that weren't authorized. When I called the number on my statement 866-408-4016 I was kept on hold for a long period, the phone was answered, "Credit Reporting" and then they asked me to verify my credit card number, then I was disconnected. This happened twice. It was then I called my credit card company, canceled my current card and was issued a new number.

Fraudulent scam
My credit card was charged $11.95 by this outfit and they intend to continue charging it monthly. I never bought anything from them. This must be stopped but HOW???
