The OHIP desk staff treat citizens like pieces of dirt.

They are rude.

We are taxpayers and we pay their salaries.

For whatever reason the power of issuing health cards has gone right to the OHIP desk staff's heads.

When I go to get my health card, I don't need to be treated like some kind of terrorist trying to cross a border. I am entitled to my health card without being treated like a criminal.
