This unprofessional company has totally botched a real estate closing, then stopped payment on the proceeds check due to their own incompetence. They also accused me of lying about not paying the taxes even though I have the canceled check. Besides that in every other real estate transaction I have been involved in the closing company usually handles that anyhow. They certainly would not send out a check without first performing due diligence. If you value time, money, and your sanity do not deal with this company.
