MLT does not guarantee anything when you book a trip. Not the room or beds so if you book a room for a family of 4 be prepared to have someone sleep on the floor, maybe. We were put in a room with one bed for 4 people and the desk clerk and manager really did not care. We spent $7000 on this trip to Playa and my kids spent the first nights on Beach chairs. MLT said to talk to the hotel, the hotel said to talk to MLT.This is nothing but a run around, pass the buck etc.They sent a voucher for your next trip. Like I would book through them again.
