Unauthorized charges
I have been charged AUD 33 by Mobile 365 PTY LTD - which is completely unauthorised - I have never ever SMS'd this company for any service. When you call on their number 1300661263 they take you into loop and waste your time. Some action against this company need to be taken. Their ABN No. 80095005888.

My mob no is 9701797161 from last 2months onwards iam getting sms jobs alert.so many times i had given the complaint.but no response from your side.
Hence forth i don't wantto use this sms jobs alert.

activation of bolly massage

regarding recharge
I have recharged my mobile for Rs. 360 on 10th May 08 and my mobile no is: 9980647690. But, since today morning i am unable to make any outgoing calls nor receive any calls.

caller tune
I had subscribed for Airtel caller tunes and though the amount was deducted from my mobile balance, the caller tunes were not activated. I am a student and have a prepaid connection, hence my usage is limited and as your service is not satisfactory, I would request you to kindly credit back my caller tune charges. I am unable to get through to your customer service.
I expect the above action to be implemented at the earliest, failing which I may have to take up this matter with the higher authorities.

i've been requested a caller tune from josha akbar.But i got different tune.It is bsnl tune.i've charged Rs.20 for activation.Two times charged for song selection.I need solution to this.

activation of "CRICKET MONTHLY" without request
I, caller from LUCKNOW on mobile phone no. 09838768302 lodging a complaint against forcibly activating "CRICKET MONTHLY PACK" on 03/04/08 at 10:06 hrs & deducting Rs 50.00 from my balance amount without any request. The amount before activation was Rs 143.77 & after activation it reduce to Rs 93.77.
Please look into the matter & release my deducted amount as early as possible or the caller will be bound to take any legal action against the company.
