Mobiles.co.uk is the worst company I have EVER experienced in my life! I have had problems with a BRAND NEW handset since I got it in November, have replaced it/ repaired it 5 times - and its currently still in for repair now (after taking it in 2 and a half weeks ago) I have emailed, written and telephoned to try to resolve this issue problably over 50times in total now and still have had NO response, and no resolution to the problems I am having.

Absolutly disgraceful customer service and I am now going to contact my solicitor to sort this out for good!!

I would absolutly not recommend your company to a single sole, it is absolutly dispicable.
