I could never download the product. Several emails to contact them at the support address were never returned all I got was more advertisement as well as offered to buy the products. There is no phone for them to discuss problems with there products I had to go through my credit company to get the number for the bank which eagerly refunded my money that was the only help I received. PS . The site I was finally able to get on took me to a website with tractors and a video showing the product on utube.
