I was also told by ModByLawyers that they would negotiate a loan modification with my bank to lower and fix my interest rate within 45 days. $3500 and 10 months later, nothing!! They fail to call to give me an update and when I call, I get the same response;
"Send us your updated financials" I've called my bank many times and they have told me several times that I do not qualify for a loan modification. Please don't fall into the same trap as I did. BEWARE!!!
