I ordered a chip from them on 6/6/2011, I got a email next day saying they charge would come from Neoconsole (it came from Icombuy) all of the email addresses they offer get bounced back the live support is not there. I am contacting my credit card company and the FTC. The number for the company on my card is listed on the credit card statement so not sure how they think they are going to continue to get away with it.
