I won an Ebay auction. Ruth called 2 weeks later to say the phone I won was missing parts. I was given a choice of another phone (Cheaper) or a refund. I opted for the refund. I never received it. I spoke with Sylvan several times and I always got the runaround with promises of a paypal refund. I called today(6/12/2008) and their phone is disconnected. however the website still allows purchases. WATCH OUT...SCAM CITY
