I paid 2800. for my granddaughter to participate in a show in Las Vegas. Never happened. I asked for my money back and was told it was non-refundable. I tried to contact them again and was told the phone had been disconnected. I do not have any more info except that I am out 2800. and a lot of tears.

In May 2007, I paid Model Search America $1, 295 in order to participate in their program. They sent me a confirmation email stating that my payment was paid in full and because I was getting ready to be deployed.. they transferred my package to December 2009 instead of keeping it at December 2007. When I came back from my deployment in January 2009 and tried finding out more information.. the website was removed and the phone number provided to me in the email was invalid. Now they have the website back up but there's no way to contact them via telephone, just email.. which I have done and haven't received any answers back. The website also states that there is no future events scheduled. Therefore, I would like for this company to refund me my money because they have pretty much broken our agreement/contract. I was promised a slot in 2009 and there is currently none available so they have taken my money and guarenteed me nothing. Please let me know what can be done.. I have saved all of the emails as proof of purchase and the event being transferred. Thank You
